The Charities and Community Involvement Committee (CCIC) is dedicated to supporting non-profit organizations with housing related endeavors to raise the quality of home life for individuals and families in the South Metro Denver Community.

SMDRA Charity Partners

SMDRA partners with BGCMD as part of the annual Holiday Brunch and Toy Drive to bring toys and gifts to children in need.

Proceeds from the 2017 Diamond Circle Awards Silent Auction went to benefit RTMD. SMDRA also presented a grant to RTMD in 2015.

BRI’s mission it to provide safe, affordable, accessible housing and housing services for Colorado’s low-income, elderly and disabled residents.

A Precious Child provides children in need with opportunities and resources to empower them to achieve their full potential. A Precious Child envisions a future where every child grows up to be a secure, self-reliant, contributing member of their community. In 2018, A Precious Child served 48,970 Colorado children in need and more than 5,700 adult caregivers. With your support, we can continue to grow out programs to provide for even more disadvantaged and displaced Colorado children this year.

The Colorado Association of REALTORS® Foundation promotes safe and affordable housing, advances homeownership for all Coloradans and provides housing-related disaster assistance to our neighbors in need.
