SMDRA has assembled a top-notch team to meet the needs of our members on a daily basis.
Chief Executive Officer
Melissa is our Chief Executive Officer and manages business affairs of our association as well as supervises and directs staff operations. In addition, the CEO executes decisions of the Board of Directors for SMDRA and its committees.
In addition to general membership, education, and event support, Michelle handles all Corporate Sponsorships, and is the main contact for our Affiliate Members. Michelle is also staff liaison for the Affiliate Committee.
Judy manages the office to make sure it runs smoothly for members and staff; including store and supply inventory, building maintenance, and meeting coordination. She also assists the CEO and staff with various duties and tasks as needed, and provides general membership support.
Teri is responsible for all communications and marketing for SMDRA. Teri designs, creates and coordinates all digital/print communications and marketing materials. She also manages the association website, blog and social media platforms. Teri is also our photographer at events and handles the SMDRA Video Studio. She is responsible for all video production and distribution. Teri staff liaison for the SMDRA Charities and Community Involvement Committee.
Susan is SMDRA’s Event Coordinator. She handles all things events related. In addition to her duties as Event Coordinator, Susan also handles our event rentals of the SMDRA Event Center, Training Room and Outdoor venues. Susan is Liaison to the Community Involvement Committee, SMDRA REALTORS CARE Foundation Committee, Event Committees and Awards Committees.
LizBeth serves as SMDRA’s Membership Coordinator. She assists with all things Membership related. Dues, payment plans, Forewarn issues, SentriLock and anything related to assisting Members with their SMDRA membership. Lizbeth is Liaison to the YPN Committee.
Kristin serves as Administrative Assistant and back up Receptionist, helping members with general questions and directing inquiries to the correct departments, helping with the SMDRA REALTOR® Store, and setting up SentriLock electronic lockboxes. She also serves as the Education Assistant working with class sponsor scheduling and billing.
Jenae serves as receptionist and office assistance, helping members with general questions and directing inquiries to the correct departments, helping with the SMDRA REALTOR® Store, and setting up SentriLock electronic lockboxes.
Nick assists SMDRA in public policy matters that affect our members, their clients, and the real estate industry. As an outreach consultant, he works on projects such as RPAC, the SMDRA Leadership Academy, REALTOR® office visits, strategic planning, and public outreach.
