SMDRA has assembled a top-notch team to meet the needs of our members on a daily basis.
Chief Executive Officer
Melissa is our Chief Executive Officer and manages business affairs of our association as well as supervises and directs staff operations. In addition, the CEO executes decisions of the Board of Directors for SMDRA and its committees.
Judy manages the office to make sure it runs smoothly for members and staff; including store and supply inventory, building maintenance, and meeting coordination. She also assists the CEO and staff with various duties and tasks as needed, and provides general membership support.
Teri designs, creates and coordinates all digital/print communications and marketing materials. She also manages the association website, blog and social media platforms. Teri is also our photographer at events and will be staffing the new SMDRA Video Studio.
Jenae is responsible for all areas of Member Services including: assisting new members through the application process, managing dues billing and payments, handling current member needs and concerns, office outreach and tracking overall member satisfaction with programs and services.
Adrianna plans, develops, and executes all SMDRA’s major and minor events. She serves as the staff liaison to committees such as, Young Professionals Network (YPN), Inclusion, Diversity & Equality (IDe) and SMDRA’s weekly Friday Fuze committee. In addition to, she coordinates press releases and provides general membership services.
In addition to general membership, education, and event support, Kayla handles all Corporate Sponsorships, and is the main contact for our Affiliate Members. Kayla is also staff liaison for the SMDRA Charities and Community Involvement Committee, the Statistics Committee and the Diversity Committee.
Jackie serves as receptionist and office assistance, helping members with general questions and directing inquiries to the correct departments, helping with the SMDRA REALTOR® Store, and setting up Sentrilock electronic lockboxes.

Nick assists SMDRA in public policy matters that affect our members, their clients, and the real estate industry. As an outreach consultant, he works on projects such as RPAC, the SMDRA Leadership Academy, REALTOR® office visits, strategic planning, and public outreach.
