Legal Hotline – The REALTORS® Legal Hotline is a service which provides members of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® with direct access to a qualified real estate attorney who can offer information on real estate law and related matters. The Hotline provides legal information, not legal representation.
Dues Payment Plans – SMDRA offers several options to pay your annual dues, so they fit your budget. You have a choice! One, Three, Four or Twelve easy installment payment options are available. We do this because, your success is our mission!
Copy Services Savings – You have access to high quality, color or black and white copies with all the bells and whistles to meet all your copying needs. The cost to reproduce your business documents is below current copy costs that are available in the local marketplace. Convenient and saving you money, making you look like a rockstar!
Member Lounge –Your office away from your office. SMDRA has a dedicated space for Members, WIFI access, printer, copier, table and chairs, audio visual equipment, available drinks and snacks. A place to get some work done in between your appointments, or host a meeting with clients and/or team members.
Facilities Access – SMDRA has an amazing facility! Members have access to member options in the building to host their events and client meetings.
- SMDRA Events Center: Seats up to 150+ classroom style seating. Features onsite kitchen area and state-of-art AV equipment. Requires reservation minimum one week ahead of time and is subject to SMDRA education and events schedule. Call 303-797-3700 for availability.
- SMDRA Events Patio: Is an outdoor oasis that features a fireplace, gas grill and pergola.
- SMDRA Training Center: Seats 50+ in tiered theater style seating. Features small kitchenette and state-of-the-art AV equipment. Requires reservation minimum one week ahead of time and is subject to SMDRA education and events schedule. Call 303-797-3700 for availability.
- SMDRA Boardroom and Meeting Rooms: Perfect for small office meetings or meetings with clients. Requires minimum 24-hour ahead of time reservation for use longer than two hours and is subject to SMDRA availability. Call 303-797-3700 for availability.
