- SMDRA Activity Center: Seats up to 140 classroom style, 150 auditorium seating. Features onsite kitchen area and AV equipment. (Requires reservation minimum one week ahead of time and is subject to SMDRA education and events schedule.)
- SMDRA Education Classroom: Seats 30 classroom style. Features small kitchenette and AV equipment. (Requires reservation minimum one week ahead of time and is subject to SMDRA education and events schedule.)
- SMDRA Boardroom: Seats 10. Perfect for small office meetings or meetings with clients. (Requires minimum 24-hour ahead of time reservation for use longer than two hours and is subject to SMDRA availability. All other use subject to current availability, please contact front desk at 303.797.3700 to use)
