Have You Been a Member of a REALTOR® Association for 40 Years?
If you have been a REALTOR® for a total of 40 years (since 1981 or earlier, we invite you to apply for one of the following programs. The yearly deadline for applications is July 1st.

REALTOR® EMERITUS

REALTOR® Emeritus

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Dues paid to a REALTOR® association 40 times.
  • Does not have to be consecutive years.

 

AND

  • 1 year of service at the National Association level.
  • Service is defined as serving as an officer, committee member, federal Political Coordinator, President’s liaison or regional coordinator to a country with which NAR holds a reciprocal agreement.

 

BENEFITS:

  • Dues waived for NAR
  • Dues waived for CAR
  • Dues waived for SMDRA
  • Dues waived for REcolorado
  • Ethics Education requirement is waived

SMDRA LIFE MEMBER

SMDRA Life Member

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Dues paid to a REALTOR® association 40 times.
  • Does not have to be consecutive years.
