You may register for a class at https://smdra.com/smdra-events/. We also accept walk in registrations as long as there is space in the class. You may also register for an online class through one of our online partners at https://smdra.com/education/online-education-options/.
Your login information was included in your welcome email when you joined SMDRA. If you are unable to log into your account, go to https://smdra.com , click on MEMBER LOGIN in the green section at the top of the page, click on “Forgot Your Password”, enter your Login ID (usually the last 6 digits of your license #) and your password will be emailed to the email address on file. If you are still unable to log in, please call the SMDRA office at 303-797-3700.
After logging in at https://smdra.com, under “Education Services”, click on “My Education History”, then “Classes You Have Taken”. Classes you have completed at SMDRA will be listed along with the CE credits, if any. SMDRA can only track classes held at SMDRA or offsite SMDRA sponsored classes. The CREC (Colorado Real Estate Commission) 4-hour Annual Commission Update (ACU) course is required by Colorado’s Division of Real Estate for license renewal. Each licensee must complete one ACU course each calendar year of their 3-year license period. Learn more at Real Estate Broker Continuing Education .
All REALTORS® must complete a NAR approved Ethics course provided by a local, state, or national REALTOR® association once during the NAR designated three-year cycle to maintain REALTOR® membership. SMDRA members can e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the class date and name of the class and a replacement will be e-mailed to you. We encourage you to take all your classes here at SMDRA and your records are always here!
SMDRA can only track classes held here at SMDRA or offsite SMDRA sponsored classes. Any course taken outside of SMDRA through another real estate school, university or private entity will not appear on your SMDRA education record.
