Once a month, the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association holds a New REALTOR® Member Orientation Class. SMDRA invites all Affiliate Members to bring in promotional items, to go into a “New Member Goodie Bag” that is given to each orientation attendee.
This is a great, easy way to reach our new REALTORS®, who are just starting their real estate careers and are looking to make lasting connections with SMDRA Affiliate Business Partners!
These items need to be dropped off at the SMDRA office by the FRIDAY before the orientation! The bags measure 15” x 19” x 3”, so please make sure your items will fit! Recommended items include:
- Pamphlets, flyers, brochures, folders
- Product samples, service gift certificates, etc.
- Specialty items with your company logo: pens, business card holders, USB drives, notepads, etc.
SMDRA Business Partners receive an email reminder one week before items are due with the number of items requested. Only one ‘item’ per business, but items may be small bags/items otherwise bundled together. Must be a current, active Affiliate in good standing to participate.
