Oliver Frascona was SMDRA’s legal counsel, and friend and mentor to many, and is dearly missed by all who knew him. His REALTOR® spirit lives on through this award, and through the memory of all who knew him. This award is given once a year at the Diamond Circle Awards, to only one special individual who embodies Oliver’s spirit and fierce dedication to the future of the REALTOR® brand and community.

Awards
To recognize and pay tribute to an outstanding REALTOR® and/or Affiliate for their significant and ongoing contribution to the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association and their community. This is a very special award to primarily recognize longevity of service to SMDRA along with notable REALTOR® and/or Affiliate spirit and business accomplishment. The award shall be made each year at the Annual Inaugural. The award does not have to be given each year unless there is a very worthy candidate.

The Rising Star Award is given to a REALTOR® who has shown outstanding service to the association and real estate community during the first five years as a REALTOR®. They must be an active SMDRA Member for at least one year, and been involved in association committees, events, and activities.
