• REALTOR^® Spirit – High principles, faithfulness to laws and regulations of the Code of Ethics and the Member Board, and furtherance of principles of good real estate practice along with the respect and admiration of fellow REALTORS® and the general public.
• Civic Activity– Recognized Leadership and/or participation in local, state, and national service clubs, civic and charitable activities, political activities, fraternal and/or religious groups, etc.
• Business Accomplishments – Recognized achievement of success, good business conduct, service to clients, plus imaginative and creative business development.
• Member Association Activities – Local Association offices held, committee leadership and work, special assignments, including involvement in the state and national associations, if any.

• A notification shall be made to the general membership in June each year requesting nominees for the REALTOR^® of the Year Award, and shall include the guidelines
• The Selection Committee shall call its first meeting during the first part of August to begin the selection process.

The award presentation will be made by the previous recipient.
