Latest Update from Governor Polis – Open House Allowed with Restrictions – June 30, 2020
Eighth Amended Public Health Order 20-28 “Safer at Home” Allows for Open Houses Under Strict Guidelines The new amended order, dated June 30, 2020, states: “All Field Services , including real estate, may resume operations, in accordance with the requirements of this Order including Appendix B . Real estate includes in-person real estate showings and marketing services which must adhere to Social Distancing Requirements with cleaning and disinfection between each showing. Open houses must follow the Indoor Event requirements in Section I.H.4 of this Order.

As we all know the Coronavirus has impacted every corner of our community in many ways. Life as we know it, will never go back to the way things were. We are working and living very different during this global pandemic. Many of our neighbors are experiencing MAJOR hardships due to job loss and business shutdowns. The SMDRA Charities and Community Involvement Committee (CCIC) would like to help our neighbors by hosting several drive-thru food drives to collect food and other essentials to help our neighbors.
