This course will:

• Improve your understanding of older properties to better anticipate “sticking points” with prospective buyers
• Strengthen your ability to spot possible deficient conditions of a property when working with sellers to set an asking price
• Enhance the way you counsel buyers on making offers, taking into consideration potential maintenance issues
• Build your skills as an agent to deal with buyers and sellers on inspection findings and negotiations
