CLASS DESCRIPTION: It is a primary duty of a Colorado Real Estate Broker to be able to competently compose, interpret and counter-propose the Colorado Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate. Inherent in that duty, the Broker must be able to prepare, present, and explain the contract to a Buyer and Seller and advise the party about the document. This course addresses the correct way to compose, interpret and counter (if required) each Section and Subsection of the contract.

This course is the culmination of the extensive Employing and Supervising Broker experience of the instructor. It is intended to be a point of reference to a Broker’s preparation, presentation and explanation of each Section and Subsection of the Colorado Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate. It is also intended as a point of reference related to the duties regarding transaction and risk management that may be required of a Colorado Real Estate Broker in serving a Buyer or Seller contemplating a real estate transaction.
