IT’S TIME TO MAKE THE SWITCH!

A Message from Todd Schuster, Chairman of the Board, South Metro REALTOR® Association — “At my Inaugural in September I stated that my theme for the year would be Raise the Bar.

One of my major objectives was to increase the usage of electronic lockboxes. Your Board has supported this initiative and has made many great strides to our REALTOR® Members be able to access and understand the importance of these lockboxes.

Our first initiative was to create an Electronic Lockbox Library where you could check out a Bluetooth Lockbox for only $10 per month. The Board approved to invest in more than 100 of these boxes and so began our library.
The second initiative that we were able to negotiate was obtaining FREE SentriLock Accounts for all of our members until August of 2019, this allows you to use the Sentismart App for free.
Our third, and one of the most exciting initiatives was the recent intensive Lockbox Training that we had last week where everyone who attended received a FREE Electronic lockbox. We handed out over 900 Free Lockboxes last week!!

We are extremely excited about these initiatives and what we are doing moving forward. Because we have so much going on here at SMDRA Channel 7 – The Denver Channel, wanted to know more about some of these initiatives. They reached out to us to learn about the Manual versus Electronic Lockbox issue and put together an amazing story.
