How do you get access to 3,600 REALTORS®? By joining one of the largest REALTOR® Associations in the state! Joining a REALTOR® Association has helped hundreds of local business thrive and SMDRA would like to invite you to become an Affiliate member.

The South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association serves REALTORS® across the Littleton, Lone Tree, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village and Englewood area and provides education, member benefits and services.

Being an Affiliate member of SMDRA means joining a close community of real estate and home related industry professionals, while gaining opportunities to market directly to REALTOR® agents and brokers.

  • Metro Market Pulse marketing session on the first 3 Fridays of the month! Come and share referrals, mingle and network, and learn about what’s happening in the real estate market over coffee and breakfast.
  • SMDRA is the education association, and offers hundreds of classes each year. Be a sponsor and get one-on-one time with REALTORS® before the class and receive a follow-up roster afterwards! SMDRA holds approximately 200 classes per year. Your logo and information will appear on the marketing flyer and the Education & Events Calendar!
  • Sponsor a New Member Orientation class and market your company to brand new REALTORS® looking to making lasting business connections.
