SESSION INFORMATION: Connections and Cocktails is the 2nd Thursday of each month from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Connections & Cocktails is a networking opportunity complete with light appetizers and cocktails. Each session will have a focus to educate members about ways to get involved, make industry connections and of course an opportunity to meet and connect with other SMDRA REALTOR® and Affiliate Industry Partner Members.

SESSION INFORMATION: Every second Thursday of the month from 4:00pm to 6:00pm for Connections & Cocktails, our lively networking event designed exclusively for SMDRA members! Enjoy delightful cocktails, light appetizers, and vibrant music spun by our DJ Member.

Join us for the January Connections & Cocktails Chili Cookoff Showdown! Spice up the new year at January’s Connections & Cocktails with a little friendly (and fiery!) competition!

Think your chili has what it takes to claim the crown? Enter your best Red, Green, or White Chili and compete for top honors: awards will be given to the best in each category! Not a chef? No problem! Come hungry, sample the entries, and cast your vote for the People’s Choice winner.

It’s a night of great food, warm connections, and plenty of SMDRA flavor. Whether you’re cooking or tasting, you won’t want to miss this delicious kickoff to 2026!
