OUR MISSION

The South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association Young Professionals Network (YPN) is a program that will help you connect with other Real Estate Professionals, building valuable relationships that will give you the resources to gain business and succeed. Through networking and educational events, YPN gives its members the tools they need to advance their careers and have FUN in the process. SMDRA YPN is committed to service in our communities, networking for business growth and innovation to expand and advance the REALTOR® brand. YPN is for those who are not only young in age, but young in their career or young at heart.

VALUE PROPOSITION

The Young Professionals Network is a dynamic entry point for real estate professionals striving to become more successful in their careers and gain leadership experience. By providing this entry point, NAR is building a new, diverse generation of leaders, strengthening members’ affinity for the REALTOR® brand early in their career, and gaining a valuable perspective on generational shifts. YPN’s growth has been driven by REALTORS®. YPN has evolved from a REALTORS® Magazine offshoot to a determined, passionate, savvy group of members who use social media effectively and who are committed to strengthening the REALTOR® brand.

WHAT TO WEAR: Dress is business casual, and be sure to wear comfortable shoes. There will be some walking to different builder’s model home location.
PARKING: The homes are somewhat spread out – using your own transportation or carpooling is recommended
BUSINESS CARDS: Be sure to bring plenty of business cards for entry into Builder Drawing Giveaways.
