Crystal is the Project Manager and Manager of Business Development at Reliant Radon Solutions, LLC, serving the Colorado Front Range. Partnered with Terry Kerwin, she takes pride in running a women owned small business. A strong advocate for radon awareness, she is passionate about educating realtors, home inspectors and homeowners about the risks and long term effects, organizing and holding several educational meetings and CE classes.

Crystal participates in Colorado Lungs4Life fundraising, has climbed the Fight for Climb in Denver for the American Lung Association, as well as various community volunteer projects. In addition, she is an active member of Women’s Council of Realtors, South Metro Denver Real Estate Association, American Society of Home Inspectors and Metro Denver Real Estate Partners. She also works closely with the Aurora CO Grant Program to bring radon systems to homeowners, at no cost, to qualifying participates at lower income levels.

Crystal lives in her hometown of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with her husband Chris, two boys Brandon and Trent, and their puppy Princess Leia. She enjoys watching both kids play competitive baseball and basketball throughout the year, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
