SESSION INFORMATION: Town Hall Talks are on the first Friday of every month. This will be a general SMDRA membership and marketing meeting. An opportunity to catch up on what’s happening at SMDRA, a brief informational presentation, property marketing, buyers and seller’s needs, networking with fellow SMDRA members and OF COURSE DONUTS!

Colorado REALTORS® have access to practical, ready-to-use tools that help us serve clients and communities at a higher level, while staying aligned with fair housing and professional best practices. In this Town Hall Talk, I’ll walk members through the CAR Diversity & Inclusion resource hub and highlight key “plug-and-play” resources created at the state level, including housing and utility assistance references (statewide and county-by-county), down payment and grant options, and other support tools members can share with consumers when appropriate. Attendees will leave with clear takeaways on where to find these resources, when to use them, and how to apply them in real conversations with buyers, sellers, tenants, and community partners.
