This course meets the requirements for NAR and is updated based on all up to date changes. This course is not the typical regurgitation of the Code of Ethics, but rather a look at all of the standards with heavier focus on the areas that tend to impact us on a more regular basis and ways in which we can improve on meeting these standards and increasing. There is a historical review of NAR and real estate practice, a review of the mediation / arbitration process in the event of a violation, social media and advertising, and general practice issues as they relate to the NAR Code of Ethics, as well as a Fair Housing review and Pathways to Professionalism.
