Carat Club Recognition: How Levels are Determined for 2025 Production
For the 2026 Diamond Circle Awards, no applications are required for Individual, Partnership, or Team recognition – verification is required for recognition.
Carat Club levels are automatically determined based on each member’s 2025 production data as reported in REcolorado MLS. Members who qualify were notified via email of their Carat Level placement. To help answer questions, below is a breakdown of how Carat Club Levels are calculated.
Individual Production – Closed Volume
Carat Levels based on total closed sales volume for 2025:
• 1 Carat: $3,000,000 – $6,999,999
• 2 Carat: $7,000,000 – $11,999,999
• 3 Carat: $12,000,000 – $19,999,999
• 4 Carat: $20,000,000 – $29,999,999
• 5 Carat: $30,000,000+
Individual Sides – Closed Transactions
Carat Levels based on total closed transaction sides for 2025:
• 1 Carat: 20 – 29 sides
• 2 Carat: 30 – 39 sides
• 3 Carat: 40 – 49 sides
• 4 Carat: 50 – 59 sides
• 5 Carat: 60+ sides

Carat Club recognition is calculated automatically — no submission or application is required, but verification is required!
Production and sides are based solely on closed transactions recorded in REcolorado MLS for the 2025 calendar year.
Members qualify based on either production volume or transaction sides.
If you believe your production or sides may be missing or inaccurate, please verify your 2025 closings in REcolorado.
Partnership Production – Closed Volume
Carat Levels based on combined closed sales volume for the partnership in 2025:
• 1 Carat: $5,000,000 – $11,999,999
• 2 Carat: $12,000,000 – $19,999,999
• 3 Carat: $20,000,000 – $29,999,999
• 4 Carat: $30,000,000 – $39,999,999
• 5 Carat: $40,000,000+
Partnership Sides – Closed Transactions
Carat Levels based on combined closed transaction sides for the partnership in 2025:
• 1 Carat: 30 – 39 sides
• 2 Carat: 40 – 49 sides
• 3 Carat: 50 – 59 sides
• 4 Carat: 60 – 69 sides
• 5 Carat: 70+ sides
