Thank you for all you’re doing to meet the needs of homebuyers throughout Colorado during this challenging time. CHFA’s staff has transitioned to a remote working environment and CHFA’s technology allows us to fully maintain business continuity despite these changes. CHFA is and will continue to accept, process, and purchase home mortgage loans, and remains committed to ensuring that we are accessible and responsive to your needs.
REMINDER: Free Online Home Buyer Education
Many in-person homebuyer education classes are being cancelled, so to help borrowers complete their class requirement, CHFA is offering free online homebuyer education classes for a limited time. This option is only available for participants who enrolled in an online class on or after the March 16, 2020, effective date. Reimbursement for online fees paid will not be granted by either CHFA or our homebuyer education providers.
