CLASS DESCRIPTION: Benefits of taking the VA Bootcamp:

Knowledge: Increased general knowledge of VA home loan and renovation programs.
Eligibility: Understand what it means to be eligible for the VA home loan program and who is eligible
VA process- Be able to explain the process to the veteran
Terms: Basic terminology of the program
Fees: Understand which fees are allowable and which ones are unallowable (capped at 1% of the loan amount)
Appraisals: Working knowledge of the VA appraisal process
Referrals: Increased veteran referrals from veterans who are assisted by agents who are knowledgeable regarding the VA home loan program.
