Both new and seasoned broker associates will obtain a better understanding of the language and terms of the Contract to Buy and Sale Real Estate. This class will provide detailed explanation for each line of the contract and will provide the broker associates the skills to understand and in turn accurately communicate and explain the contract terms to buyers and sellers.
