DESCRIPTION: As a real estate professional, you have learned from experience that although no two homebuyers are the same, they do share some common tendencies based on life stages and generational groupings. The goal of the Buyers by Generation: Success in Every Segment course is to instill a better understanding of these generational characteristics and to help you adapt your communications, marketing, and face to-face interactions to provide the services that buyer-clients value.

The following generational groups are explored:

  • Millennials
  • Gen X
  • Baby Boomers
  • Silent Generation

Successful completion of this course fulfills the elective-course requirement to earn the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation.

INSTRUCTOR: Mickey Sanders
Mickey Sanders was raised in Colorado Springs ultimately migrating to Denver. While developing a successful career as a sales representative in the Title Insurance industry  and winning various awards Mickey began teaching her clients the “tricks of her trade.” Mickey believes that whether you are selling title insurance, real estate or loans the same marketing principles, rules and philosophies apply. As her knowledge of the industry began to develop and expand thus did her speaking engagements. Mickey is one of the most sought after speakers in the Metro area. Understanding and believing in the value of educating the real estate professional Chicago Title of Colorado hired her to speak full time. Thanks to her unique and highly effective training abilities brokers all over the state have learned how to improve their business as well as serve their clients effectively. Mickey teaches Pre-Licensing at various Real Estate colleges as well as serving on the Education committee of the Colorado Division of Real Estate.
