The Division of Real Estate has approved CE credit for certain online classes as long as specific standards are adhered to. Please read the requirements below before class.
” Login/check in begins 30 minutes before the stated class time and ends once the class has begun. Please make sure you are logged in BEFORE the stated class time
” Class members are responsible for the performance of their technology including audio, volume, video clarity and reliable internet connection. Video, audio and internet access are all necessary to successfully attend class. Please make sure to test everything ahead of time. We use the Zoom platform. For more information about Zoom, please visit
” Attendees must be visible on camera at all times to receive CE credit. Please avoid stepping away for more than a few minutes until the instructor provides a break
” The Division of Real Estate requires all attendees fill out and sign the “Online Attendance Attestation” form which will be emailed to you after class
The Zoom platform is overloaded with users right now so we ask for your patience and understanding.
A few helpful tips:
” If the instructor’s video and/or audio freezes, please give it 10 -15 seconds and it should resolve itself
” If you still have technical problems, log out of Zoom and back in (don’t worry, we get a report of all attendee activity and will be able to see what happened)

DESCRIPTION: Enroll in the 2020 Annual Commission Update class NOW to get information on changes and new legislation so you can better serve your clients today.  Licensees are required to complete 12 hours of the mandatory 4-Hour Annual Commission Update Course prior to applying to renew an active license, activate an inactive license or reinstate an expired license to active status.

PLEASE NOTE: The 4-Hour Annual Commission Update Course is NOT the Mandatory Ethics Course. The Mandatory Ethics Course receives elective credits, not credit toward the 4-Hour Annual Commission Update Course.

INSTRUCTOR: Renee Helten
Renee started her real estate career in 1995. She has run a large real estate team most of that time. She loves to train and coach real estate professionals to help to give back to the industry that has been so good to Renee and her family. She and her team have closed more than 800 transactions in her 24 years of real estate experience (so far). Renee has a son (Dan) that is on her real estate team, her daughter, Sarah, is in full time ministry through YWAM. Her husband runs and owns a property management company, Asset Property Management.

She has been teaching pre-licensing real estate classes since 2006 and started her own real estate school in Colorado in 2016.

Renee was honored as a finalist as Outstanding Woman in Business, from The Denver Business Journal in 2018. In her spare time, Renee loves to put together puzzles, read and travel! She is usually on a plane to 8-10 times a year and in her mind that is a good year!
