The Division of Real Estate has approved CE credit for certain online classes as long as specific standards are adhered to. Please read the requirements below before class.
” Login/check in begins 30 minutes before the stated class time and ends once the class has begun. Please make sure you are logged in BEFORE the stated class time
” Class members are responsible for the performance of their technology including audio, volume, video clarity and reliable internet connection. Video, audio and internet access are all necessary to successfully attend class. Please make sure to test everything ahead of time. We use the Zoom platform. For more information about Zoom, please visit www.zoom.us
” Attendees must be visible on camera at all times to receive CE credit. Please avoid stepping away for more than a few minutes until the instructor provides a break
” The Division of Real Estate requires all attendees fill out and sign the “Online Attendance Attestation” form which will be emailed to you after class
The Zoom platform is overloaded with users right now so we ask for your patience and understanding.
A few helpful tips:
” If the instructor’s video and/or audio freezes, please give it 10 -15 seconds and it should resolve itself
” If you still have technical problems, log out of Zoom and back in (don’t worry, we get a report of all attendee activity and will be able to see what happened)
We look forward to seeing you in class!
