CLASS DESCRIPTION: This year, the effective dates of the new Contracts and Forms is August 15, 2024.  Many of the changes are related to the mandatory practice changes that are mandated by the NAR settlement agreement. This class will review the new contracts and forms and give you the knowledge to stay compliant while implementing the changes.
