CLASS DESCRIPTION: This course will provide real estate brokers with the tools to help them understand how to read and understand an appraisal. Upon completion of this course participants will understand the definition of a credible appraisal, the appraisal process, elements of a credible appraisal, the importance of appraiser independence, and how to proceed if you feel that a correction needs to be made to an appraisal report.
