TOPIC: Time to Remember – The Colorado Freedom Memorial
SPEAKER: Janet Marlow, Moderator – Panel Discussion with CAR LPC Panelists: David DeElena and Sunny Banka
SESSION INFORMATION: On Memorial Day 2013, the Colorado Freedom Memorial became a reality after a 12-year campaign to build it. Learn all about the Memorial, where Colorado veterans of all ranks and wars who died in service to their country since Colorado became a state are honored. The Memorial has drawn national acclaim as one of the most beautiful and meaningful sites of tribute and reflection for our fallen heroes. Meet the “maniac on a mission” behind the project and be inspired by his passion for our country, for his fellow veterans, for Colorado.
