Matt grew up in the foothills of the Southwest side of Colorado Springs, Colorado and went on to attend college in Fort Collins. Upon getting his degree in Landscape Architecture in 2008 from Colorado State University, he moved to the Denver/Metro area with his wife, Lindsey. Together, they have a 4-year-old son named Clayton and an 8-month-old daughter named Landry who take up the majority of their free time, and they wouldn’t have it any other way!
After having worked almost 2 years as an architect, Matt realized the profession wasn’t his calling, and he went looking for an opportunity to unleash his entrepreneurial energies. Making the transition into real estate in the fall of 2009, he quickly rose to become one of the top-producing new agents in the Denver/Metro area and earned the “Rookie of the Year Award” for the Colorado region of Keller Williams in 2010. After having built a successful real estate sales business for several years, Matt went searching for the next challenge and opportunity within his real estate career. In the fall of 2014, he accepted a position to become the Assistant Team Leader and Productivity Coach of a Keller Williams market center in Golden, Colorado. With a passion for both the personal and business development of others, Matt thrived in in his first leadership opportunity at KW.
Currently, Matt is the CEO/Team Leader and Managing Broker of Keller Williams Realty Success in Littleton, Colorado – a thriving office comprised of 160+ agents. He is privileged to show up to work each day with the task of helping to grow, train, and coach the existing agents to their next level of achievement, as well as search for and build relationships with talented brokers outside of the company — whom he believes can improve their lives and businesses through the models, systems, and technology of Keller Williams.
Matt is also the Owner & Operating Partner of Keller Williams Premier Realty back in his home town of Colorado Springs. That office is comprised of some of the top-producing Realtors in not only the Pikes Peak Region, but in all of Colorado. Within their first year of existence, they have risen to being one of the top 10 brokerages in the market by sales volume — with a goal of being the #1 real estate company in agent count, sales volume, and units in Colorado Springs by 2020!
