SESSION DESCRIPTION: The objective of the Building Real Estate Champions Productivity (BREC) program is to improve an individuals’ productivity based upon their personal strengths. The top sales people who have been involved with Building Real Estate Champions coaching for over 20 years have improved their incomes by more than 25% in one year. BREC is all about Production, Personal Performance and Prosperity.

Becoming a Real Estate Negotiator: Life is a series of negotiating steps throughout every day of your life.  Learning the 6 strategies in real estate negotiations will give you the edge to complete more transactions.

INSTRUCTOR: Jack O’Connor
Jack O’Connor started his real estate career in 1979 and became a top producer in a 700 sales agent firm. He has participated in over 2300 transactions and has sold in excess of $380 million in sales volume. Jack is the Broker Owner for The Denver 100, LLC, an innovative real estate services company in the Denver Metro area. Jack has been recognized as “Manager of the Year” by a large Denver firm and was awarded the “Executive of the Year” for innovative leadership techniques, in addition to being nominated as Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. He has spoken nationally and internationally on management and sales topics.
