2023 Annual Commission Update

THIS IS AN ONLINE ZOOM CLASS – *You MUST be visible on camera, visibly engaged with the class and attentive to the screen the entire class to get CE credit or credit for a required class, certification or designation. *Registration is a two-step process. You will receive an email by the day before class with a Zoom link and class materials.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: **This class is mandatory and required by the Division of Real Estate EVERY YEAR**
Every year the Division of Real Estate releases the required Annual Commission Update (ACU) course with topics the Division believes are important for brokers to know. The 2023 Annual Commission Update course is now available for real estate brokers. This 4-hour mandatory course is necessary in order to maintain your license status. This course can be taken anytime during the 2023 calendar year, however, it is recommended that you take it as early in the year as possible, since it covers important brokerage compliance and general practice issues, as well as rule, contract, and legislative changes.

INSTRUCTOR: Debbie Conner
Debbie has been a licensed realtor since November 1999. Her passion for the real estate industry has lead her to become actively involved in the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the South Metro Denver Realtor Association her entire career. In addition Debbie holds the following accreditations:

 • CNE Certified Negotiation Expert
 • SFR Short Sale, Foreclosure Real Estate Professional
 • 2011 Chairman of the Board for South Metro Denver REALTOR Association
 • REALTOR of the Year 2007
