ABR – The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients and allows real estate buyer agents to enhance their skills and gain a competitive edge in the market.

ALC – The esteemed Accredited Land Consultants are the most trusted, knowledgeable, experienced, and highest-producing experts in all segments of land. Conferred by the REALTORS® Land Institute, the designation requires successful completion of a rigorous LANDU education program and adherence to an honorable Code of Conduct.

BPOR – Broker Price Opinion Resource Certificate holders will be qualified to render Broker Price Opinions. The one day certification course provides REALTORS® with knowledge and skills to reduce risk and increase opportunities to create professional and accurate BPOs.

CCIM – Certified Commercial Investment designation is commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement, earned through an extensive curriculum of 200 classroom hours and professional experiential requirement and it’s members are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, valuation and investment analysis.

CDPE – A Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE) has a thorough understanding of complex issues in real estate and knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners providing solutions, specifically short sales, for homeowners facing market hardships. This designation is not part of the NAR family of designations & certifications.

CIPS – The CIPS® designation prepares REALTORS® to service the growing international market in their local community by focusing on culture, exchange rates, investment trends, and legal issues. The program includes five full days of study focusing on the critical aspects of international real estate transactions, and an influential network of 2,000 professionals who turn to each other first when looking for referral partners.

CNE – One of the top designation courses in real estate taught nationally, this 2-day course offers professional negotiation and business building training. The Certified Negotiation Expert also learns professional negotiation and business building training. This designation is not part of the NAR family of designations & certifications.

GAA – The General Accredited Appraiser designation is awarded to appraisers whose education and experience exceed state appraisal certification requirements and is supported by the National Association of REALTORS®.

IREM – The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is an international community of real estate managers dedicated to ethical business practices, maximizing the value of investment real estate, and promoting superior management through education and information sharing.

MRP – Military Relocation Professional Certification. This course focuses on educating real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support.




Performance Management Network. This designation is unique to the REALTOR® family designations, emphasizing that in order to enhance your business, you must enhance yourself. It focuses on negotiating strategies and tactics, networking and referrals, business planning and systems, personal performance management and leadership development.
