What is SavvyCard for Agents™?

SavvyCard for Agents™ is an electronic business card and mobile website with integrated MLS search. It is web-based (it lives in the “cloud”), so you don’t need to download and install software to use it, and it works on any device: desktops, laptops, mobile phones or anything with Internet connectivity and a browser.

Because your SavvyCard® is essentially a website, you navigate to it using a browser. When you view it for the fist time, we’ll show you how to save an icon (or “shortcut”) to your homescreen, so in the future you can launch SavvyCard for Agents™ by simply tapping that icon, just like you’d launch any other application.

You can also use your SavvyCard without signing in to your SavvyCard account, but if you do sign in, you’ll have more features available for you, like being able to go to your dashboard to edit your card and having fields automatically filled out when using buttons like the “Share” button on your card.

Other people can use your SavvyCard without having their own SavvyCard account. However, if they want to create their own SavvyCard, they will need to sign up for an account.

If you have any questions, SavvyCard offers free one-to-one training via chat, email and phone, every weekday from 9am EST to 7pm EST.

Anatomy of a SavvyCard

SavvyCards can have up to 16 buttons on them (8 on the “front” and 8 on the “back”). You can turn different buttons “On” and “Off” depending on whether or not you want them on your SavvyCard for other people to see and use.

All content for these buttons is managed by going to http://www.savvycard.com, signing into your account, clicking the “edit this card” link to the right of your SavvyCard’s icon, and then clicking on the “buttons” tab at the top of the page that appears.
