The South Metro Denver Meeting Facility and Conference Center is conveniently located on the northeast corner of Broadway and Mineral in Littleton, CO in the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association Building.

There are two meeting areas available, a large Activity Center and a smaller Education Room.  Alcoholic beverages may be served but cannot be sold without a liquor license. We do not have a liquor license.  If you want to charge your guests for alcohol, your bartender must be licensed.

 

SMDRA Room Rental Policy:

Rental cannot be for a real estate related education class or event.  SMDRA REALTOR® members may rent rooms for REALTOR® interoffice training, meetings, or events.  SMDRA reserves the right to refuse a rental based on intended usage.

 

Facility Details

  • Lobby area with seating and courtesy phones
  • 100 parking spots available on-site
  • Facility is not available for Sunday rental
  • Cleaning fee is included in the usage fee pricing. (Room must be left in the condition in which it was found)
  • Usage fee prices are lower for SMDRA members and their immediate family!
  • Smoking is NOT permitted inside the building.  Ashtrays are provided outside.

  • Full catering kitchen – Perfect for your own use or for an outside caterer of your choice

  • Audio/Visual equipment is available when the SMDRA office is open (Mon 9:30am – 5:00pm; Tues – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm) – MEMBERS ONLY

Rates apply for Members/Non-Members

  • Weekdays 8am to 5pm – $300 ($250 deposit) / $600 ($500 deposit)
  • *Monday through Thursday evenings 6pm to 9:30pm – $400 ($250 deposit) / $700 ($500 deposit)
  • Fridays 3pm to 12am- $650 ($450 deposit) / $950 ($750 deposit)
  • Saturdays 8am to 12am- $750 ($700 deposit) / $1150 ($850 deposit)
  • No rentals on Sundays

Additional fees apply for holiday use – call for details

Weekday users must vacate the room by 9:30 PM – weekend users must vacate the room by 12:00 AM

Education Room Details

  • *Seats 10-30 at tables
  • Includes 10 tables with 3 chairs at each, plus a podium
  • Small, quiet, casual setting
  • Wet bar for refreshments
  • Audio/Visual is available for MEMBERS ONLY during SMDRA’s normal business hours.

  • Second-floor location (Not handicapped accessible)
