CEO
As CEO, Rohn is responsible for all operational activities for SMDRA. He ensures the effective management of the Association business operational needs, and plans, organizes, coordinates, leads and directs Association staff, programs, and activities. Rohn is the former Managing Broker/Productivity Coach at Keller Williams. |

Director of Finance and Administration
Kay serves as the accountant of the Association and is responsible for all financial activities. She also handles a wide range of duties relating to membership, including overseeing the member records database and coordinating the annual dues billing. Kay began her career at the Association in 1984. |

Office Manager
Beth is the Office Manager and handles extensive administrative details including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, liaison to SMDRA's Committees and Task Forces, and Board of Director meeting preparation. She is back-up to the switchboard and customer service. Other responsibilities include scheduling, renting and follow up for SMDRA's training and event rooms, is the liaison to the building/grounds maintenance company, the janitorial company, other outside vendors, and is in charge of tenant relations. Before joining the Association in August 1998, Beth worked for US Bank (formerly Colorado National Bank) for 20 years. |

Member Services Coordinator
Janna (pronounced Yanna) joined the Association in September 2000. Janna is the friendly face at the front desk that receives all incoming phone calls, greets visitors, provides customer service and general administrative support. She assists new members joining the Association and is very patient in helping them understand the many facets of becoming a REALTOR®. She runs our popular REALTOR® Store and is responsible for ordering, inventory, sales and marketing of all products. She also serves as librarian for the REALTOR® Resource Center. |

Professional Development Director
Melissa is responsible for the management of education for professional REALTOR® members, as well as administration of Professional Standards. Melissa can answer procedural questions regarding filing an ethics complaint or arbitration and the Buyer/Seller Mediation Program. Melissa also plans several events; including the Power Lunches, Technology for Professionals, Inaugural, New Member Orientation, Veteran’s Day Luncheon, Awards Event, and Bowling Tournament. She brings 10 years of association experience from the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, as well as working for the Denver Home Builders Association. |

Communications Coordinator
Eric joined the SMDRA team in 2009 and when it comes to communications, he pretty much does it all. Whether it be advertising, branding, or website development, he is the person responsible for managing those programs. His main task has been to overhaul the entire marketing program at SMDRA which includes the new logo, branding, and designing the new website. Eric is also responsible for editing the SMDRA newspaper and sending out weekly email blasts. |

Office Assistant
Sallie joined the SMDRA staff in March 2010. Miscellaneous jobs around the office are her focus. She handles new membership applications, assists with accounts payable and education classes, and provides back up to the main switchboard. Before joining the team she was with the Colorado Association of REALTORS® education division for three years and also worked for FirstBank of Littleton in various positions for six years. |
