Melissa Maldonado  CEO As CEO, Melissa is responsible for all operational activities for SMDRA. She ensures the effective management of the Association business operational needs, and plans, organizes, coordinates, leads and directs Association staff, programs, and activities. She joined the SMDRA staff in 2003 as Professional Development Director and her previous experience includes the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, as well as working for the Denver Home Builders Association. |

Beth Lee Office Manager Beth is the Office Manager and handles extensive administrative details including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, liaison to SMDRA's Committees and Task Forces, and Board of Director meeting preparation. She is back-up to the switchboard and customer service. Other responsibilities include scheduling, renting and follow up for SMDRA's training and event rooms, is the liaison to the building/grounds maintenance company, the janitorial company, other outside vendors, and is in charge of tenant relations. Before joining the Association in August 1998, Beth worked for US Bank (formerly Colorado National Bank) for 20 years. |

Eric Heacock Communications Coordinator Eric joined the SMDRA team in 2009 and when it comes to communications, he pretty much does it all. Whether it be advertising, branding, or website development, he is the person responsible for managing those programs. Eric is also responsible for editing the SMDRA newspaper and sending out weekly email blasts. |

Sallie Arnold Member Services Coordinator Sallie joined the SMDRA staff in March 2010. Miscellaneous jobs around the office are her focus. She handles new membership applications, assists with accounts payable and education classes, and provides back up to the main switchboard. Before joining the team she was with the Colorado Association of REALTORS® education division for three years and also worked for FirstBank of Littleton in various positions for six years. |

Kelly Urias Bookkeeper Kelly manages the most important ‘behind the scenes‘ department at SMDRA, Bookkeeping. She helps create the annual budget, makes sure our bills are paid, and even handles the accounting for payroll and taxes. |

Hope Hughes Professional Development Director Hope is responsible for facilitating the education classes and events at SMDRA. Hope brings over 10 years of real estate industry experience both as a previous REALTOR® and as an industry educator. |

Judy Wall Member Services Judy joined our SMDRA team in October 2012. She supports the entire staff with tasks including, course registrations, new membership applications and performs various accounting functions. She has also been invaluable handling incoming phone calls and helping out at the front desk. |

Christine Barnes, RCE Member Development Coordinator Christine handles Member Development at the Association. She assists her membership with all of their Real Estate needs from facilitating a variety of events to showcasing member benefits. Christine is no stranger to REALTOR® Associations. She comes to us from the Vail Board of REALTORS® where she worked as the Member Services & Education Director for 7 years. Christine earned her RCE designation in 2011 and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Arizona. When not working, Christine enjoys skiing and snowboarding with her husband Nick, playing with her Chocolate Lab Pearl, and camping in the summer. |

Nick Bokone Government Affairs Consultant Nick joined the SMDRA team as our Government Affairs Consultant in January of 2013. He’s assisting us in all government affairs activities including local issues, RPAC fundraising, election activity and grassroots involvement. |
